Introduction

I am pleased to present this proposal on behalf of SmartaStudio for the streamlining of Wensleydale Spirit Company’s existing online presence. Our goal is to enhance brand continuity and provide a seamless online experience for your customers.

SmartaStudio has been supporting WSC for the last 5 years with its online presence and is in a good position to help further enhance your website by providing high quality design and development services for your new E-Commerce platform.

Objectives and Deliverables

Incorporate Taplin Mageean Website

We propose incorporating Taplin Mageean’s website into the new Wensleydale Spirit Company website as a landing page using existing formats for other spirit brands.

Transition to WooCommerce

We will remove the existing Shopify store and add an extension to the Wensleydale Spirit Company website for the new shop. The objective is to maintain brand continuity while providing a slicker, informative, and streamlined sales process for customers. The new E-Commerce platform will be built and designed in WooCommerce.

Proposed Timelines

The proposed project timeline is 6-8 weeks, broken down as follows:

Proposed Cost

The total cost for streamlining Wensleydale Spirit Company’s online presence, including the incorporation of Taplin Mageean website and transition to WooCommerce platform, is £1,800+VAT.

Payment Options

We understand that financial flexibility is important. Therefore, we offer the following payment options:

3-6 month payment plan: Split the total cost of £1,800+VAT into manageable monthly payments over a period of 3 to 6 months.
50% deposit, 50% final payment: Pay 50% of the total cost as a deposit upfront, and the remaining 50% upon completion and before the website launch.
Progressive Payment Plan: Wensleydale Spirit Company can opt for a progressive payment plan where payments are made based on project milestones. For example, payments could be divided into three or four installments, with each installment due upon completion of a specific phase of the project, such as design, development, testing, and launch. This option allows for more flexibility in budgeting and ensures that payments are aligned with project progress.

Next Steps

Upon approval of this proposal, we will initiate a kickoff meeting to dive into the project’s details and formally commence work. We will also provide a detailed project plan, regular progress updates, and set up necessary communication channels to ensure effective communication and transparency throughout the project.
